Based on great work by torrfriend & blowie & Ladybbird1 I created the list below.

These sites have their affiliate/earn pages up on February 15, 2012. So they are still telling uploaders "You can earn with us" I have heard that some sites (Oron for one) which have removed their affiliate pages from their website are still showing earnings on users statistics pages, but have not heard of any payouts.

I have also included Alexa ranking information to give some idea of how popular the file share sites are with users and forums. However I don't know if this is really useful because most forums require posters to code links.

Wikpedia has the info below on webpage about SOPA. I'm not sure how reliable it is because several .com websites still have affiliate pages up.

I can only find one website netload.in which does not have a .com or .net that has an active affiliate program available to USA uploaders. If you know of others please let me know by posting a comment here.

    Even without SOPA, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) has already launched extradition proceedings against Richard O'Dwyer in the UK. O'Dwyer hosted the TVSHack.net website which had links to material elsewhere and did not host any files. ICE has stated that it intends to pursue websites even if their only connection to the USA is a .com or .net web domain.

****Big disappointment. Netload just announced they will no longer pay for downloads. Only for premium sales. This is a killer for me because I just don't sell premiums. I'm keeping the info on Netload up but I will not renew premium when mine expires May 1, and I will not upload new material. I'm going for just 2 hosters now but may switch to freakshare.com or filesin.com as a 3rd hoster
